Domestic Client - Lincoln

The Challenge:

Simply Aquatic were contacted to help with tackling over 3000m2 growth of reeds, in a lake in Lincoln. We spent the time visiting site and working through our customers requirements and access for machinery.

Our Solution:

On this particular occasion we opted to cut and clear the reeds. The Truxor cut the reeds below the water line as deep as would allow, the floating vegetation was then taken out of the water and the customer created neat piled banks. Reed cutting is a short term management plan going forward due to the root system still being present.

The Results:

 The lake now offers clear open water which is exactly what our customer required.
